Lovely original Transcriptor Hydraulic Reference turntable, a David Gammon original (pre Michell making them). The turntable is in working order and runs well on both speeds. No tonearm is included but the original arm board to suit Transcriptor Fluid arms is present. The lid is solid, though with the usual marks from use. There is no rod and hinge on the lid so you lift the lid off when the turntable is in use. The gold plating on the platter is very nice. It's often badly worn off or faded on these but as you can see from the photos this looks really nice. The turntable has a big presence in any room it graces and everybody remembers them as featuring in the "Clockwork Orange" Kubrick film.
We can ship this turntable worldwide with great care. We've previously exported these all over the world and remain happy to do so for serious customers. We also drain the fluid out of the well for shipping. It gets everywhere otherwise so you will need to source some and install when the turntable arrives with you.
