Here we have an Ariston RD80 turntable that we've just fitted brand new Linn Sondek LP12 springs to. We've replaced the originals as they were simply too weak to suspend the platter properly above the plinth and provide good bounce. It now holds good speed and runs well. It does not come with a lid, feet or tonearm. A Linn armboard is fitted. The metal base has threaded holes for standard size adjustable feet so this can easily be corrected. The cosmetic condition of the turntable is generally good but there are a few marks to the wooden plinth.
