Lovely original Garrard 301 schedule 2 oil bearing turntable with stobe platter. Runs nicely on all speeds. In original condition. Lovely paintwork with just the odd tiny mark that we have tried to show in the photos. This example has spent most of its life in a radiogram cabinet which has certainly helped to preserve it. We always find the best examples in these as they are enclosed units away from sunlight and prying fingers! A point to note is that the platter mat (which is obviously original) is bonded to the metal platter. We don't mean it's been intentionally stuck down but they just tend to bond to the platter with age. It could easily be removed but it would destroy the platter mat which seems a pity.
