Michell Transcriptor Hydraulic Reference Turntable. The piece is in good working order. It holds good speed and has been play tested with an SME 3009 tonearm (see our other listings). Cosmetics are very nice. The lid is used but in good condition, the chrome is original and in good shape. There is a little dulling to some of the metal surfaces but they are in good shape considering the age of the turntable. It has an SME armboard fitted ready for you to install an arm of your choice or we can supply you with an SME arm from our stock at extra cost. The only point to note about the deck is that the spirit level at the rear is not working. A UK power cable is fitted but the turntable can easily be configured for worldwide use. A 60hz pulley will be required for some countries.

If you are considering this turntable please note that we are not shipping orders placed after December 15th until after New Year. From experience we find that directly before Christmas and before New Year the courier network just grinds to a halt because of the volume of last minute parcels being delivered. During this period customers are welcome to place orders but should note that we won't be shipping again until January 4th 2021.
