SME 3009 or 3012 series II or series II improved sub assembly. This SME part has been cleverly modified to offer horizontal RCA phono input sockets. It would appear that most of the parts are SME originals but not the RCA phono sockets. Note these sockets sit slightly lower than the original 4 pin connector would have done so bear this in mind if you are buying this to install in a shallow turntable chassis (eg Technics SL150 etc).
