The SME FD200 is a fluid damper paddle fitted to SME tonearms, designed to improve arm/cartridge resonance control. The black paddle variant is intended for cartridges with compliance above 30 cu and is compatible with the SME 3009 Series II and Series II Improved tonearms, and was a standard feature on the SME Series III.
